Business management considers resources and capabilities as the bedrock upon which competitive advantages are built. According to “Exploring Corporate Strategy” by Gerry Johnson and Kevan Scholes, resources can be categorized into three types:

  1. Physical Resources: Include software tools, hardware, and design studio space.
  2. Human Resources: Think about skills, knowledge, and expertise.
  3. Financial Resources: The budget for design projects, software, and team development.
